Full-Time Medical Receptionist, Thornton, CO

M-F, Saturday Availability

Pay based on experience

Responsibilities include:

Answering a multi-line phone system

Taking appropriate messages

Scheduling appointments

Checking-in patients

Verifying insurance

Collecting copays and balances

Maintaining accurate patient records

Working incoming faxes

Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma, 1 year experience in a medical office preferred

Excellent customer service

General computer knowledge, Allscripts experience a plus

Typing speed: Minimum 40 words per minute

Must be dependable, prompt, organized, self-motivated, flexible, able to multi-task

Position is primarily assigned to our Thornton location, but will float to the Westminster location as needed.

Masks required in office. COVID-19 vaccination highly recommended.
