Free Non-Certification CPR and Stop the Bleed Classes

North Metro Fire offers free non-certification CPR classes and Stop the Bleed classes throughout the year. Family & Friends CPR is the perfect class for individuals of all ages to learn CPR and AED use if they don’t need a certification card for their job. These classes are free and offered throughout the year. Stop the Bleed classes are meant to teach participants how to control bleeding following a traumatic injury, which is vital for survival. Participants will learn how to pack a wound and apply a tourniquet during the class.
