What is an Annual Wellness Visit? An annual wellness visit helps patients to focus on their health history to ensure a better health future. During your visit you will be able to discuss family history, medications, current medical conditions and an overall health risk assessment with your provider. You will have the opportunity to discuss treatment plans for these conditions.
